Some thoughts after the APD Talent Sunset Palma
Once again, we had the privilege of attending the APD Talent Sunset Palma event—an inspiring space where companies committed to excellence, sustainability, and the economic transformation of our islands come together. We are proud to see so many familiar logos among the sponsors: Estel Ingeniería y Obras, Urbia Services, Lío Club Restaurant Cabaret… A big family united by shared values and a forward-looking vision.
Biodiversity and Economy: A Vital Relationship

During the event, Sonia Castañeda Rial reminded us of the importance of conserving biodiversity and how its loss directly impacts the economy, both globally and locally. At Dynasoft, this reflection resonated deeply, as we recently held internal discussions about our environmental policies. We reached a clear conclusion: we have a responsibility to support our clients in adopting corporate strategies that drive green transformation.
Sleeping Well Means Producing Better

Switching gears, Jana Fernández spoke to us about the power of rest and the need to reconnect with our natural rhythms. Sleeping only 4 hours can cause cognitive deterioration equivalent to drinking 6 beers in a row. Sleep is not a bank of hours we can manage at will—it cannot be recovered over the weekend. Quality sleep promotes cellular regeneration, memory consolidation, hormonal balance, and a stronger immune system.
From a business perspective, caring for our teams' rest means caring for their health, empathy, and decision-making abilities. Ultimately, it means improving productivity.
Ten Rules for Good Sleep:
- Keep regular sleep schedules.
- Expose yourself to natural light during the day and darkness at night.
- Sleep in a dark, cool, and quiet environment.
- Eat light and early dinners, without alcohol.
- Maintain an active lifestyle with physical exercise (strength + aerobic).
- Take recovery micro-breaks (naps, silence, meditation).
- Care for your relationships and social bonds.
- Practice monotasking.
- Create a bedtime ritual.
- Enjoy the pleasure of sleeping.
Values, Community, and Trust

Finally, David Pastor Vico invited us to reflect on the values that define us as a society. Are we selfish by nature? Should individualism prevail? His answer is clear: we are social beings, designed to live in community and care for one another.
There is no business success without mutual support. Excellence is built on respect, within a healthy society that prioritizes the common good over individual achievement. And at the heart of it all lies trust: the force that generates responsibility, connects us, and unites us as a community.
