Grupo Dynasoft Acquires Quick-In, Ensuring the Solution’s Continuity and Future Development
Quick-In is entering a new chapter. Grupo Dynasoft has acquired its business line, intellectual property and customer portfolio, ensuring service continuity while launching a new phase of technological development for the solution.
We are pleased to share some important news: Quick-In is now part of Grupo Dynasoft.
Through this acquisition, Grupo Dynasoft takes over the Quick-In business line, intellectual property and customer portfolio, assuming responsibility for the continued operation of the solution and ongoing customer support.
And as we begin this new chapter, we want to make one thing very clear:
Quick-In continues.
A transition designed to give our customers peace of mind
Our first priority is to ensure a smooth transition while providing stability and reassurance to all customers who currently rely on Quick-In.
That means:
- Current pricing and contractual terms will be respected.
- Existing licences will remain valid until their current expiry dates.
- Existing contracts will continue.
- Technical support will remain available.
- Customers do not need to make any immediate changes to continue using Quick-In.
Maintaining current pricing, conditions and expiry dates is part of the transition planning designed to ensure full commercial continuity for the solution.
The knowledge and experience behind Quick-In will continue too
For Grupo Dynasoft, it was essential that this transition did not mean starting from scratch.
That is why Asier Ouekkai, who has been responsible for Quick-In support, is joining Dynasoft IT Solutions, allowing us to retain the technical and operational knowledge built up over the years and ensure continuity of service from day one.
This means that alongside the technology itself, we are also preserving something equally important: the experience and understanding of the real needs of the customers who use Quick-In every day.
Quick-In will not only continue. It will evolve.
This acquisition is not simply about maintaining what already exists.
Our goal is to take care of what has been built and help it evolve.
Quick-In is now beginning a new technological chapter alongside Dynasoft ID and Grupo Dynasoft’s development team, with the aim of progressively modernising the platform and strengthening its long-term technological continuity.
Quick-In currently helps automate guest data capture through document and passport recognition and can integrate the information with hotel PMS systems, reducing manual data entry. [quick-in.com]
Dynasoft ID, meanwhile, is our platform focused on identity document capture and verification and integration with hotel PMS systems, creating a natural foundation for the next stage of Quick-In’s development.
We are already preparing a first round of scheduled updates, focusing on areas such as:
- evolution of the licensing system;
- improvements in technological compatibility;
- further development of device integrations;
- progressive modernisation of the platform.
The Dynasoft IT Solutions team will coordinate these developments with customers in a planned and structured way.
