IMPORTANT - Changes to the PMS gateway: AVALON and Business Central
We have detected in recent months that AVALON is recording invoices from direct clients that also include the entity. That is, invoices are received with the end customer's data, but they correspond to an entity registered as a client in the BC. This means that, when the invoice is sent to the SII (Information System), the document type shows the value we have in the BC client file, instead of the value we receive from the PMS. As you can deduce (or have experienced), this generates errors in the SII (Information System).
To resolve this confusion, starting Monday, June 2nd, the Dynasoft Group support team will begin rolling out version 1.5.8.20250507 of our connector between the PMS gateway and DYN SII advanced management. The system will start collecting the "Identifier Type" data directly from the value reported by Avalon instead of using the one in the BC client file. To ensure that the gateway is functioning correctly and reporting the correct data to the SII, it is advisable to review the ENTITY forms of agencies, OTAs, and tour operators to ensure the "Identifier Type" field is correctly completed.
