ICIQ Chooses Dynasoft Customer Engagement to Drive Its CRM Strategy
At Dynasoft Customer Engagement, we are pleased to announce the launch of a new project with the Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ), an internationally recognized institution at the forefront of scientific research and innovation.
ICIQ has placed its trust in our team to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, a solution designed to centralize information, streamline processes, and provide a more connected and efficient view of the organization’s activities.
The project will be led by Mariano Ignacio Bejo, acting as Project Manager & Solution Architect, responsible for project management, overall coordination, and the functional and technical design of the solution. He will be supported by Lucas Dupont, Senior Functional & Technical Consultant, who will oversee system configuration, development, testing, user training, and implementation activities. Toni Fuster, Business Manager, will manage the commercial relationship and ensure project milestones are successfully achieved.
